No Show Bonus for Closers
Closers do not receive a €25 show bonus. Your commission (10-15%) is your incentive to make leads show. The show bonus is setter-only — they don't control the close, so they need the show incentive.
Installments Count Toward Revenue
Payment plan installments from prior month deals count toward your revenue milestones. Your past work compounds. Close rate only counts NEW closes — installments don't inflate your CR.

Performance Tiers — What We Expect
Your close rate = of all calls where a lead showed up (15+ min), what % did you close? Measured per calendar month. Resets on the 1st.

Close rate bonuses require 15+ shows AND €7.5K+ collected revenue. All assigned shows count — you can't dodge weak leads to protect your rate.

The Rules
Clear, fair, enforced. No grey areas.
1 You get paid on collected money
When the client pays, you earn. Payment plans = per installment. No payment = no commission.
2 A show = 15+ minutes on the call
Lead joins, stays 15+ min, engages. Closer confirms. If "unqualified" (didn't engage), setter gets €10 instead of €25.
3 Claim it = yours for 14 days
Log a real contact with a lead (call, meaningful message) and it's claimed to you for 14 days. Nobody overrides your claim.
4 Cold lead = 14+ days since last contact
Based on logged activity, not when the lead entered the system. Every touch is timestamped. Cold leads pay 7.5%.
5 Direct FB/IG/LinkedIn leads = closer at 10%
Leads that self-book from ads go straight to the closer. Setters cannot claim. Not eligible for self-set.
6 Direct leads can enter the pool after 7 days
If a direct lead no-shows or cancels, the closer has 7 days to re-engage (must log 2+ follow-up attempts). After 7 days with no reschedule booked → lead enters the unclaimed pool. Reschedules pause the clock. Max 3 meeting attempts per lead — after 3 no-shows/cancels total, auto-release regardless.
7 Original closer re-engagement = 10% only
If you had a direct lead and it enters the pool, you can still re-engage — but at 10%, not 15%. You had first shot. This does NOT count as a self-set and does NOT hit the 25% cap. The 15% self-set rate is for a different team member picking up a lead fresh.
8 Zero follow-ups = no 15% for anyone
If the original closer logged zero follow-up attempts during their 7-day window, the lead gets flagged. Nobody earns 15% on that lead — 10% only for anyone who picks it up. No gaming by deliberately ignoring leads.
9 Closer self-set = 15% (cold pool leads only)
Claim a cold pool lead (14+ days since last contact, unclaimed 48h+), set the appointment, close the deal = 15% (10% + 5% setter credit). Recycled direct leads that entered the pool after no-show = 10% for everyone. Max 25% of your monthly closes can be self-sets.
10 Setter direct sub sale = closer rates
DQ a lead on budget? Sell them a Salesflux sub yourself → 20% first month + 10% trailing. Mark "DQ — budget" in the system.
11 Quality floor: below 15% close rate = show bonus reduced
If leads you book close below 15% (rolling 4 weeks), show bonus drops to €15. Below 10% = fully suspended. Protects everyone.
12 Sub trailing caps at 12 months
You earn trailing for up to 12 months per sub. Cancel + re-sub within 30 days = continuous. After 30 days = new window.
13 Bonuses stack — every tier you hit, you earn
No sandbagging. Hit both quality tiers = €200 + €300 = €500. Hit all revenue tiers = €500 + €500 + €1,000 = €2,000. PIF kickers (Unfeigned €50, Bodacious €200, Magnanimous €500) are per deal, always additive, PIF only — no kicker on payment plans or Escapade.
14 One lead = one setter + one closer
No splitting. CRM timestamps decide. Edge cases go to Rebien — final within 48h.
15 Payout: calculated 1st, disputes by 5th, paid 10th
Commission report on the 1st. Flag issues by the 5th. Payout on the 10th via Wise SEPA. Chargebacks within 90 days deducted. After 90 days = final.
